The first TV show I ever loved was probably G-Force. Also known as Battle of the Planets or Gatchaman. I wouldn't see Star Wars for a couple of years after video cassettes became widely available. So, as much as I love my Star Wars... Battle of the Planets was in fact my first.
My other favorite show was Battle Star Galactica. I ought to try a BSG fan sketch.

Battle Of The Planets ruled when I was a kid. Casey Kasem was at least one of the voices, I think. Great show - completely lacking in condescension. Now, I'm 40, so I was watching it in my early teens... Not sure what that means.
